Intrepid teams charge through an inflatable obstacle course in zany homemade soapbox racers! This event has something for everyone, from the design stage where teams must design their kart to the build stage where teams have to use of a whole host of resources to create their unique karts to the adrenaline fuelled race element where teams go head to head in a series of knock out styles races! The vehicles must have steering and braking capability. Teams are judged on both the time taken to complete the course, as well as their creativity with their design and showmanship of a performance at the start of the race, meaning the team with the fastest time is not necessarily the winner!
