Case Study: The Boxing Event

We teamed up with a local ‘Celebrity’Personal Trainer who wanted to produce an inclusive and competitive event for some of his clients and followers to go head to head in an intense sporting match, surrounded by passionate people.

Our Thinking:

We work closely with stadiums across the UK and we collaborated with Hull City’s famous KC Stadium, a local iconic venue. We wanted to roll out the red carpets and to make it a true VIP Boxing glitzy event in its own private space within in an iconic sporting location.Based in the heart of the city, we wanted true sportsmanship to meet the glamorous world of boxing with a Black Tie event and teaming with a local charity to make it the ultimate fundraiser.

The Finer Details:

This prestigious event kicked off with a champagne reception for guests on arrival, before they took their place on their pre-determined tables, situated around the Olympic Boxing Ring in the finest suite KC Stadium has to offer.  

The event saw a novice boxers stepping into the ring, commencing with four bouts of three minute rounds, before the main event of the two boxers and their respective guests situated at each side of the room.

This fast, furious and exciting event took place alongside the finest cuisine, white collar boxing and carried on late into the evening with fantastic live entertainment and money can’t buy auction prizes, with all proceeds donated to the chosen charity.
